TIMES AND METHODS
Shipping times for our products within Italy typically range from 3 to 5 days. This period commences 24 hours after you receive the Shipping Confirmation from Rebel Grains S.r.l., which will be sent to the email address provided in your order. Deliveries are scheduled during standard office hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., on all weekdays except for holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

If the delivery timeframe surpasses the estimated schedule, we kindly request that you reach out to us. This will enable us to initiate an inquiry with the carrier to address the situation.

PRICING
Shipping costs are dynamically calculated during the checkout process, taking into account the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping is included in your purchase and is determined by the total order value. This amount represents the final shipping cost for the customer.

CLAIMS
In the event that you receive damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please reach out to us at shop@rebelgrains.com. Following our assessment, we will either replace the product or refund the full amount you paid, including any applicable delivery charges. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed automatically to the original card, while PayPal payments will be refunded through PayPal (all displayed prices include VAT).

CANCELLATION

TRACKING
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link enabling them to monitor the status of their shipment based on the latest information provided by the shipping provider.
