  • 100 g of Zizania Aquatica by REBEL GRAINS
  • 100 g of rocket salad
  • 50 g of feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of dried cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon of sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoons of pistachios

For the dressing:

  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of maple syrup (optional)
  • salt and pepper



First, cook our Zizania Aquatica. Pour it into a saucepan,
cover it with water, and boil for 20-25 min.

For the dressing: in a jar, combine extra virgin olive oil,
lemon juice, mustard, and maple syrup, then add salt
and pepper. Mix well.

When zizania is ready, drain it and let it cool
slightly. Place it on a bed of rocket salad, add crumbled
feta cheese, rehydrated dried cranberries
(soaked in warm water for 10 minutes and drained),
toasted almonds and pistachios, and, of course,
the dressing.
